Cushman & Wakefield secured a 10 year, 10-month, 18,807 s/f full-floor lease for mobile marketing agency, Prolific Interactive, at Kushner Properties’ 77 Sands Street in Dumbo Heights.
The expansion to the full-floor space on the 11th floor of the property reflects how fast the mobile apps developer has grown within the last two years, according to the brokerage.
The company is relocating from a 7,000 s/f space at 45 Main Street where it has initially leased just 4,000 s/f in 3Q15.
