Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 12,083 s/f new lease at 11 East 26th Street for Persado, Inc.
James Buslik, principal of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, East Twenty Sixth Associates, while Elliot Warren of Kaufman Organization represented the tenant in the transaction.
Persado, Inc. will be leasing on the 15th floor for the long term; asking price for the space was $68 psf. Persado, Inc. plans to use the space as executive offices for their business.
