Taconic recently brought on JRT to market more than 100,000 square feet of newly-vacant, white-boxed office space at the building. Available spaces include the entire third and ninth floors, each comprising 32,512 square feet, and partial availabilities on the second, sixth and eighth floors ranging from 8,688 to 15,094 square feet.

The 10-story, 330,000-square-foot historic property boasts loft-style features, including 20-foot column spacing and 11;6”-foot ceiling heights. Each floor is bathed in natural light from northern, southern, and western exposures, providing protected, panoramic views of the Hudson River and Midtown West overlooking DeWitt Clinton Park.  619 West 54th St. is currently home to such prominent tenants as Maserati and RK Bridal, who recently relocated their New York showroom to the fifth floor of the building and celebrated a grand opening in January 2015.
