Miami isn’t the only stage for fashion this summer. Preeminent New York City developer TF Cornerstone recently hosted a much buzzed about runway show with rising star swimwear designer Caitlin Kelly, as she debuted her inaugural collection before a crowd of 200 fashion icons and trendsetters. Held on the rooftop of the distinguished 2 Gold Street, TF Cornerstone’s 51-story tower in the Financial District, the sneak preview event kicked off the busy summer season.
“I am amazed with the turnout for my first ever solo runway show,” said Caitlin Kelly. “It was such a success and the views from the rooftop of 2 Gold Street were phenomenal; this was truly the perfect setting to launch my collection.”
On the building’s stunning 9,000 s/f roof deck, surrounded by spectacular 360-degree views of downtown Manhattan, Kelly introduced 26 styles from four “mini collections” Maritime, Sarawatti, Morgandy and Naim. Models hit the runway wearing Kelly’s namesake convertible bikinis, monokinis, one-pieces and cover-ups in advance of the designer’s official Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week debut this July in Miami.
