Since opening its first-ever Brooklyn office one year ago, Stribling & Associates has closed over $60 million worth of deals in almost every neighborhood in the borough.
Located at 386 Atlantic Avenue, where the sought-after neighborhoods of Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, and Downtown Brooklyn converge, the team, which has grown to over 20 agents, is continuing to expand under the leadership of director of sales Catherine Witherwax.
“It’s been our vision for years to open up a Brooklyn office in a perfect location to serve the entire borough, and I’m personally very proud to see the amazing progress we’ve made as we celebrate the one-year anniversary of the office opening,” said Elizabeth Ann Kivlan-Stribling, president of Stribling & Associates.
“With a spacious, fun location, the office is filled with a great mix of personalities and experiences that contribute to the Stribling culture.”
Some of Stribling’s standout Brooklyn deals of the past year include setting a new price point record of $947 per foot at 225 Eastern Parkway by agent Jeanne Kempton, as well as some high-profile rentals, such as Dena Driver’s rental of a Fort Greene triplex of $8,500 per month. The firm also has garnered some top listings, including a townhouse at 36 Garden Place, listed for $8.25 million, and two loft listings at 55 Berry Street in Williamsburg.
Some of Stribling’s new Brooklyn agents include Karen Foley, Erica Sullivan and Robert Frye, previously of Douglas Elliman; Emily Fisher, previously of Halstead; Brooke Joslyn, previously of Rubicon Property; and Amanda Hankes, previously a prima ballerina with the New York City Ballet.
With an additional three offices in Manhattan, Stribling now has more than 250 agents.
