Following the success of Galleria Group’s flagship office at 115 East 57th Street, the company’s founder and president Mickey Roth announced the launch of its headquarters and first full-service retail location at 3 West 13th Street in Union Square.
Galleria Group is expanding its local business to include a full-service leasing division. The new 13th Street office is located across from Parsons The New School of Design. Its design and layout is by European-based Shay Sabag and is a departure from the formal office environment, according to Roth.
The 2,800 s/f space will consist of communal tables as workstations in place of desks. Paired with its design is the use of the latest tablet-based technology, providing agents with the freedom to work with clients and colleagues in a variety of carefully crafted “comfort zones.” The space will allow the firm to expand from 15 sales agents to 50 over the next three months.

Roth founded the firm in 2010 after many years and thousands of transactions as a broker in New York City, and one of the top 100 real estate agents in the United States. Galleria Group’s executive team also includes director Rory Chong, and director of development Ambrose Seward.
