The Siderow Organization announced that the Angus Club Steakhouse will open at 135 East 55th Street.
Thomas Smythe and Bradford Siderow represented the landlord in the lease at the building owner by The Parkoff Organization.
Michael Sottile of Tower Brokerage and Picken Hospitality represented the tenant, who leased a total of 8,500s/f, including 2,500 s/f on the ground floor and 6,000 s/f on the lower level. The asking rent was $200 psf.
The upscale steakhouse will have 30 ft of frontage on 55th Street and is nearing completion of a buildout that included opening up the storefront windows.
