The development team behind a new residential condominium development in Hell’s Kitchen held a sneak peek event on Tuesday, October 23. A joint venture between Fortis Property Group and Wonder Works Construction Corp., the first event for 540West, aka 540 West 49th Street, was held at the new sales gallery around the corner at 716 10th Avenue. Guests enjoyed drinks and light appetizers while the exclusive sales agents from Halstead Property Development Management fielded questions about 540West renderings and floor plans. 540West is a new construction development offering two seven-story, inter-connected buildings with 114 condominium residences ranging from studios to penthouses. Residents are expected to move in by Fall 2014.
