Corcoran Sunshine hosted the first in a series of chef tastings at 515 East 72 to celebrate the opening of a new two-bedroom model apartment by AD 100 interior designer Mariette Himes Gomez. Celebrated chef Christian Di Matteo of Harry Cipriani New York demonstrated the preparation of Cipriani’s signature Risotto Alla Primavera and a selection of hors d’oeuvres were served.
