CBRE announced that it has been named by Silverstein Properties as the exclusive leasing agent for 529 Fifth Avenue.
Situated on the southeast corner of 44th Street, the premier flagship location spans 29,000 s/f across the building’s ground floor, lower level and mezzanine.
CBRE’s Gary Trock, Matt Chmielecki and Eric Gelber will lead the leasing efforts for the space. 529 Fifth Avenue is available for possession in January 2021.
