Fashion powerhouse Tory Burch has again expanded its presence at 11 West 19th Street.

The luxury, lifestyle fashion brand has signed a 52,000 s/f sublease, followed by a direct lease at the property, where it houses its corporate headquarters and showrooms.
The new transaction brings Tory Burch’s total occupancy in the premier Flatiron District office building to more than 130,000 s/f. Tory Burch will occupy space previously housing marketing agency, Epsilon Interactive.
Bob Savitt, founder and president of Savitt Partners negotiated the multi-faceted, 12-year lease expansion and extension on behalf of the building ownership, 11 West 19th Associates, LLC.
Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Tory Burch in the negotiations, while Stephen Bellwood and John Boyle of Cassidy Turley represented Epsilon Interactive in the sublease portion of the deal.

“We are proud and excited to be expanding our presence 11 West 19th Street,” said Robert Isen, president Corporate Development of Tory Burch. “Savitt Partners has been a great real estate partner as our business needs have expanded and evolved over the last six years. We are looking forward to continued growth together and many more years of a strong partnership with Savitt.”
Savitt recalled how Tory Burch first committed to a 26,000 s/f full-floor lease at the property six years ago and has since steadily increased its presence with a number of sizeable expansions. The fashion brand is now the building’s largest tenant.
“This deal speaks to the tremendous demand by international fashion companies for modern space with open layouts in the Flatiron District, as well as the incredible success Tory Burch has experienced,” added Savitt.
Built in 1902, the 280,000 s/f property offers full floors of 26,000 s/f and entrances on both 19th and 20th Streets. Major tenants include Time Warner, Nautica, VF Sportswear, LBi and Mergermarket.
