Nicoletti Gonson Spinner LLP, a full-service insurance litigation law firm, has signed a 12,500 s/f lease renewal at ATCO Properties & Management’s signature office building at 555 Fifth Avenue.
The firm, which represents major national and international insurance and reinsurance companies, has occupied a portion of the 8th floor of the building since 2006.
John K. Lord, senior managing director of ATCO Brokerage Services, represented the landlord in the five-year transaction, while Paul Revson, executive managing director, Zev J. Holzman, corporate managing director and Ryan Rafter, associate from Studley, represented the tenant. Asking rents in the building range from the low- to mid- $50s per square foot.

Located on the southeast corner of East 46th Street, the 20-floor, LEED Silver awarded, 555 Fifth Avenue hosts a list of prominent tenants, including Harris Corporation, CW Financial Services, Valley National, Global Excess Partners, Floyd Advisory, Barnes & Noble and Wichcraft.
Currently, approximately 30,000 s/f of office space is available for lease.
