Savanna tops out 141 Willoughby

Savannahas celebrated the topping out of 141 Willoughby Street in Downtown Brooklyn.

The state-of-the-art, WELL Health-Safety, WiredScore and LEED Certified 400,000 s/f office and retail development was designed by Fogarty Finger/SLCE Architects.

Savanna and its construction affiliate, SavCon, in conjunction with Gilbane and structural engineer Thornton Tomasetti, broke ground on 141 Willoughby in 2020 and is on track to complete construction and deliver to tenants in the first quarter of 2023.  The finished tower will have floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor terraces. 

Savanna team members running the investment and development in attendance included Chris Schlank, Managing Partner, Cooper Kramer, Managing Director, Anthony Faustini, Associate, Peter Rosenthal, Principal, Chris Boneventura, Project Manager, Eric Desimone, Managing Director, Tram Huynh, Senior Project Manager, James Scrimo, MEP Superintendent, and Edward Myers, Assistant Project Manager.
