RainMen USA Inc., a manufacturer and importer of umbrellas, has signed a long-term lease for more than 52,000 s/f of space at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ industrial complex in Norwood, N.J.
The lease marks the umbrella manufacturer’s headquarters relocation from Northvale, N.J.
The transaction was negotiated by Mitch Helfman of MRH Real Estate Services on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Hal Lichtenstein of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant.
The six-building Norwood portfolio is located at 335, 355, 375 and 385 Chestnut Street, and 10 and 50 Maple Street.
RainMen USA Inc. is consolidating its current two-building operations into one at 10 Maple Street, and increasing its footprint by 15,000 s/f, according to Frank C. Pratt, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president of leasing and marketing.
