Rubenstein Public Relations Signs New Manhattan Office Lease

Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR) today announced it has signed a ten-year commercial lease in Midtown Manhattan, the epicenter of New York’s corporate world. Totaling just over 13,200 square feet, RPR’s new headquarters will be located on the 14th floor of 1330 Avenue of the Americas. The public relations firm is expected to complete renovations of the space and move in by early June 2023.

“We are pleased to announce the signing of a new long-term lease to relocate our office to 1330 Avenue of the Americas,” said RPR’s President, Richard Rubenstein. “For our group, the office is a place of union, connection and collaboration. While we have team members located in other markets, we remain dedicated to maintaining our central headquarters in New York City. Our new location is convenient to both media outlets and mass transit for our staff.”

Located in the bustling Sixth Avenue business corridor, the 40-story class A office tower, originally constructed in 1965, covers more than 525,000 square feet. Boasting a contemporary, cutting-edge design with expansive ceilings and ample natural light, the property offers a modern boutique-style setting with first-rate amenity services.

The deal was brokered by a New York City based real estate investment and advisory firm.
