The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) announced that Fillmore Real Estate, one of Brooklyn’s largest privately owned and operated residential and commercial real estate firms, has becoming a member of New York’s leading real estate trade organization.
Each of the firm’s 300 agents are now members with access to broker exclusives, Residential Listing Service (RLS), research and free Legal Line, New York State continuing educational courses, seminars, networking, specialized certifications and career-changing awards among other REBNY member benefits.
Making the announcement at a special reception in Brooklyn, John H. Banks, III, REBNY president said, “We are delighted to welcome Fillmore Real Estate as valued new members of REBNY. We trust that this is the start of a long and mutually beneficial relationship that will help advance the interests of Fillmore agents, other REBNY members, and most importantly, the consumer. When we all work together, everyone wins.”
Frederick W. Peters, president of Warburg Realty Partnership and vice president for the Residential Division on REBNY’s Executive Committee, welcomed the 300 agents of Fillmore Real Estate, along with that firm’s management team, saying, “We all benefit as more and more companies adhere to the strong practice guidelines and high ethical standards which the Board upholds.”
