Bizzi & Partners Development, LLC, has selected Prudential Douglas Elliman as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for The Setai Fifth Avenue Residences at 400 Fifth Avenue, the brand-new, 60-story luxury condominium in Midtow.
“We are confident that Douglas Elliman’s skills and experience as a sales and marketing firm will bring further success to The Setai Fifth Avenue Residences at 400 Fifth Avenue,” said Giuseppe Rossi, Executive Vice President, Bizzi & Partners.
“As the leader in New York real estate, Douglas Elliman Developments brings the added value of its broker force to the project. We are proud to move forward with the new partnership with Douglas Elliman Developments to further enhance and continue the strong sales efforts initiated by Bizzi & Partners Development.”
Bizzi had been handling sales internally and prices were recently reduced.
But Howard M. Lorber, chairman, Prudential Douglas Elliman, said his team is up to the task. “The Setai Fifth Avenue Residences at 400 Fifth Avenue is an exceptional project and we expect to generate tremendous activity,” he said. “This is a spectacular, ‘one-of-a-kind’ building, in a prime location with world-class amenities.”
Designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects and interior design firm DAS Concepts Inc, the 184-unit condominium is comprised of studio, one, two-, and three-bedroom homes. Penthouse residences range from 776 to 3,590 square feet. The luxury high-rise tower also contains The Setai Fifth Avenue Hotel, a 214-room five-star luxury hotel.
Ameniteis include a private residential lobby entrance; resident manager and staff; and a residents-only 11th floor Leisure Lounge with an outdoor terrace. Homes have hand-laid black oak flooring; nine-foot plus ceilings; kitchens designed with Poliform wood cabinetry; stone countertops; and spa-like bathrooms.
The residences also have access to the hotel amenities including a 3,500 s/f fitness center; an Auriga spa; a Julien Farel salon; The Bar on Fifth; and Ai Fiori, the new three-star Michael White restaurant on the second floor of The Setai Fifth Avenue Hotel.
