Pay Wu of MWBE Unite Will Moderate ICSC New York Panel on December 7th

Pay Wu, President and Co-Founder of MWBE Unite will be moderating the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Evolving and Operationalizing Diversity in the Marketplaces Industry panel at the Javits Center in New York City. The event will take
place on December 7th. After which, attendees will have an opportunity to meet diverse suppliers and learn what it takes to operationalize diversity within their companies.

“This panel is an opportunity for a candid conversation about companies engaging diverse real estate and project management suppliers to advance their DEI strategy, gain competitive advantage in local marketplaces and effectively respond to and reflective of increasingly diverse retail consumer demands,” said Pay Wu, President and Co-Founder of MWBE Unite.

The panel will feature a lineup of speakers who have experience cultivating greater diversity in the real estate industry. The list of panelists includes Jason Martin, Managing Director of MCCG USA Ltd.; Annette Banks, Real Estate Leader at Primark; and Mildred Tolentino, CEO of M-To-Pros Development, Inc.
