GFP Real Estate Inks Three Leases Totaling 8,434 SF at 594 Broadway in SoHo

GFP Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce three new lease transactions totaling 8,434 square feet at 594 Broadway in SoHo.

Donna Vogel, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transactions below.

“594 Broadway is home to a mix of fashion-related brands, creative and tech firms and professional services companies who prefer the buzz of prime SoHo,” said Vogel.  “The building has seen tremendous activity over the past year, including a number of expansions, and continues to hover near the 100-percent-leased mark.”

·       Thrive Integrated Physical Therapy signed a 10-year lease for 3,037 square feet on the seventh floor.  GFP Real Estate will construct five treatment rooms, an office, pantry, and several storage closets for the tenant before it occupies the space in Q1 of 2023; the company is currently located at nearby 611 Broadway.  Peter Newman of Newman Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the transaction.

·       Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York (RMA of New York), a leader in reproductive medicine, renewed with a relocation and expansion in the building in a ten-year deal for 4,322 square feet on the 11th floor.  The company, a tenant since 2013, was previously located in 3,789 square feet on the 10th floor of the building.  Jeffrey Peck of Savills represented the tenant in the transaction.

·       Joy Kim New York,doing business as Noon Haus signed a seven-year lease for a 1,075-square-foot eyelash extension studio on the second floor.  Sam Reifel of Atlantic Real Estate Group represented the tenant in the transaction.

Built in 1898 and formally known as the Lyons Building, 594 Broadway is a 12-story, 250,000-square-foot building designed by Buchman & Deisler.  The building offers loft-like office spaces and features exposed brick walls, high ceilings, wooden floors, original architectural columns and large windows providing an abundance of natural light.  Located along Broadway between West Houston and Prince Street, the building is surrounded by renowned dining and retail offerings and is conveniently positioned near the 6, R, W, B, D, F and M trains.
