Onyx Equities moving into its own place

Onyx Equities, LLC, announced it will move its capital markets, asset management & construction divisions to 8,000 s/f of office space at One Gateway Center.

Onyx leads the group that recently acquired One, Two and Four Gateway and has begun redevelopment plans to reinvent critical interior and exterior complex features.

“Newark’s corporate anchors have been here for years now, drawn by ten gigabit fiber infrastructure, unmatched young talent, venture capital, residential investment, unparalleled transportation options and downtown walkability for both residents and commuters,” said John Saraceno, Jr., co-founder and managing principal for Onyx Equities,.

“Both our investment in Gateway and our decision to locate here are reactions to the fact that Newark is ready-made for an era driven by locations that provide convenience and cultural energy.
