Nuveen Real Estate announced that the Topgolf Swing Suite, an immersive entertainment simulator used by many of sport’s biggest names, has joined the roster of amenities at the newly revamped 730 Third Avenue office tower.
The Topgolf Swing Suite–which is available for use by building tenants– has a large screen where users can choose from a variety of virtual games, watch live TV or display PowerPoint Presentations.
The Topgolf Swing Suite is powered by Full Swing simulators that provide users with the same technology used by PGA Tour Pros like Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth and Jon Rahm in their homes. Additionally, the Topgolf Swing Suites at 730 Third Avenue include lounges where tenants can host catered events.
“Top tier tenant amenities are part of the culture at 730 Third Avenue, and the inclusion of the Topgolf Swing Suites in our newly redesigned building is another way for our tenants to enjoy the space,” said Brian Wallick, Director, New York Investments, Office and Life Science, Americas, at Nuveen Real Estate. “Through this partnership with Topgolf, we hope to further create a fun and exciting space for the building’s employees to be able to bond and experience team building dynamics or to simply practice their putting and driving skills.”
“We are excited to see Nuveen invest in the most complete simulator experience for their tenants to give them a way to play golf’s most iconic courses, Topgolf games and a variety of other sports without leaving the building,” said Jason Fierro, Senior Vice President of Full Swing. “Combining our technology with Topgolf’s experience has become the ultimate building amenity and we look forward to working with Nuveen more in the future.”
The Topgolf Swing Suites are just one amenity available to tenants at 730 Third Avenue. The building has an 8,000 s/f staffed fitness center, a 6,000 s/f sky lounge, in-house catering, a full-time concierge desk and a 5,000 s/f modular conference center. Tenants can also take advantage of bike storage on the building’s lower level.
