Cushman & Wakefield announced that Human Rights First, a non-profit organization, has signed a long-term lease at 75 Broad Street.
The group will relocate from Mditwon South to 17,899 s/f on the entire 31st and 32nd floors at 75 Broad Street.
A Cushman & Wakefield team, led by Robert Lowe, Carri Lyon and Kevin Daly, represented Human Rights First.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Frank Cento, exclusive leasing agent at 75 Broad Street, represented the landlord, JEMB Realty Corp.
“We thoroughly searched Manhattan for office space that would meet the organization’s needs and 75 Broad Street was the best opportunity and provided the best value for Human Rights First,” said Lowe.
“The layout of the space will allow the organization to run its business efficiently, while the space itself boasts windows on all four sides and 14 foot ceilings with spectacular views.”
