The broker team comprising Executive Managing Director Robert Silver, Managing Directors Scott Brown and Anthony Sciacca will market and handle leasing for the 36-floor, 305,564 s/f glass and steel tower.

Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, the office property includes amenities such as an executive space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fully-equipped fitness facility that is available to all tenants 24/7.

Current availabilities include 6,780 rsf on the entire 32nd floor, 6,780 rsf on the entire 30th floor and 8,607 rsf on the entire 11th floor.

“This modern, boutique office tower has every convenience that today’s tenants require, and offers a premier location in the Plaza District,” commented Silver.

“The property’s small floor plates, fantastic view and enhanced tenant amenities present an outstanding opportunity for boutique tenancies. Both spaces are expected to be open by the end of the year.”

Property Group Partners, formerly Louis Dreyfus Property Group, is focused on the development, ownership, and management of first-class office buildings in North America and Europe.
