Fastest rental in Elmhurst
Pi Capital Partners announced that The Elm East, Elmhurst’s new luxury rental at 86-55 Broadway, has been fully leased.

All 83 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments were rented within six months of the project coming to market.
According to the developer — a private, family-owned real estate investment fund based in New York City — The Elm East became the fastest renting new building as a result of tenants responding to the convenience of a 12-minute subway commute to Midtown Manhattan, nearby express buses and a subway station just a step from their front door.
The Elm East also offers panoramas of the Manhattan skyline from its balconies, terraces and floor-to-ceiling picture windows.
Pi Capital Partners next development will be The Elm West, a 250,000 s/f mixed-use project with 130 luxury rental apartments and 50,000 s/f of retail space, including a community facility.
