A TOWN Residential team has just wrapped up the $10.5 million sale of Unit 2 at 33 Vestry in Tribeca.

Brett Miles and Susan Green represented seller, Charles Dunne, an original developer of the property and one-time vice president at ImClone.

According to the New York Times, Dunne partnered with disgraced ImClone founder Sam Waksal on a number of downtown loft conversions before Waksal was jailed in 2002 for insider trading in a scandal that also landed Martha Stewart behind bars.
Designed by architect Winka Dubbeldam, 77 Vestry was hailed as a “one-of-a-kind, uber-luxury new landmark condominiumˮ when it opened in 2007.
Unit 2 is one of just seven homes in the building. It has 4,700 s/f of inside luxury that includes four bedrooms and 4.5 baths and has 1,700 s/f of landscaped garden and terrace outside. Ceilings are 14 ft. and the kitchen is fitted with Bulthaup B-3 series features. The home also has a parking space under the building that’s accessible via car elevator.
Miles and Green listed the home at $11 million. The buyers were Black Rock investment big Robert Fairbairn and his wife Sarah.
