Penthouses released at 20 East End

Corigin Real Estate Group, along with its partner Florida East Coast Realty, announced the release of the Penthouse Collection at 20 East End Avenue.
The two penthouses are located within the condominium building designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern.
Located at the corner of 80th Street and East End Avenue, the Penthouse Collection residences are available for $35 million and $27 million.

Penthouse A is the uppermost residence, located on the 18th floor, and features over 6,000 s/f of interior space and an additional 4,500+ s/f of private terrace space.
The five bedroom, 5.5-bath home has direct elevator entry, a separate, dedicated service entrance, four wood-burning fireplaces, ceiling heights up to 11 ft., oversized windows, and four private setback terraces on the main entertaining floor.
The private roof terrace has outdoor rooms,including one with a wood-burning fireplace. Penthouse B is a 6,300 s/f residence with 330 s/f of private terrace space.

Sales launch at Grand Two

Onex Real Estate Partners announced the launch of sales for Grand Two, the second building within The Grand at Sky View Parc, serving as Phase II of Onex’s multi-phase luxury condominium development, Sky View Parc.
Located in Flushing, New York, Grand Two launched sales following the sellout of Grand One, the first of three buildings to ultimately comprise The Grand at Sky View Parc.
The Grand at Sky View Parc will bring a total of 750 additional homes and amenities to the mixed-use development.
Sky View Parc Sales LLC will be handling the sales for Grand Two, the same team responsible for selling out Grand One and the first phase at Sky View Parc.
Each of the 258 Grand Two units, designed by Peter Clewes and architects Alliance team, feature floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony and a washer and dryer.
Kitchens have a Bosch stainless steel five-burner gas range and microwave, built-in Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher, Scavolini cabinets, natural quartz stone countertops.
Bathrooms include Kholer fixtures and Grohe hardware accompanied by porcelain flooring throughout.
Grand Two will include a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, ranging in size from 470-2050 s/f. Pricing will range from $493,000 to more than $2 million.
With a 24-hour staffed lobby and concierge, a five-acre landscaped rooftop garden, basketball court and tennis courts, residents have access to amenities and services that include a resident’s lounge, fitness center, multi-purpose room and a full-service spa.
Additional amenities will include an outdoor pool and landscaped entertainment areas.

Model unveiled at Pierhouse

Toll Brothers City Living unveiled their decorated model home at Pierhouse.
Located in the 85-acre Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pierhouse consists of 106 townhome-style residences spread across two separate waterfront buildings.
The grounds, conceived by landscape architect Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, include private rooftops and landscaped terraces designed to complement the surrounding park.
The condominium is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification.
The model home is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex located on the fifth floor of the North building.
Totaling 2,664 s/f with an 88 s/f outdoor terrace, the apartment has views of the New York skyline, East River, Statue of Liberty, and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Both the interior and exterior were sustainably designed by Marvel Architects.
“Now that we have a model apartment available on-site, prospective buyers can truly experience first-hand everything that makes Pierhouse special from the incredible setting and views to the eco-design and finishes,” said David Von Spreckelsen, the New York Division President of Toll Brothers City Living.
“Each home offers 600-year-old, reclaimed heartwood pine floors, composting units, rainwater irrigation systems, as well as high-efficiency interior and exterior LED lighting and an energy-efficient solar shade systems throughout.”
The majority of the one-to-five-bedroom homes are duplexes, many with double-height living rooms and private outdoor space.
Amenities include two 24-hour attended lobbies, multiple fitness centers, a meditation studio, a teen and an adult lounge, children’s playroom, pet wash, refrigerated storage, and on-site, valet parking.
Residents can utilize the amenities of the adjoining 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, which includes a farm-to-table restaurant, spa, rooftop pool and bar, an artisanal café and juice bar, private dining rooms, a wedding terrace and over 20,000 s/f of event space.
Pierhouse is located in Brooklyn Bridge Park, offering more than a mile of outdoor space and room for boating, athletics, dog-walking, and more.
Toll Brothers City Living is handling the sales and marketing for Pierhouse. Prices begin at $2.5 million.

Ideal Properties Group, announced the launch of 1372 Dean Street in Crown Heights North.
There are two units available for sale in the fortress-like building, dubbed “The Castle.”
Unit A, a one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is available for $1.195 million and Unit C, a two-bedroom, 2-bath condo is $1.3 million.
The developer is Komaru Enterprises LLC and its architect is NC2.
Built in 1888, the Romanesque Revival landmarked building has a brick façade and three-story curved turret.
Each unit features a private outdoor space, a generous interior layout and top-of-the-line materials.
The developers traveled to Belize and came across the Belizean Sinker Mahogany wood, which they used to make the bathroom niches, benches and shelves.
The building also contains iron-made fixtures, crafted by local artists.

Half-way mark at 465 Pacific

Avery Hall Investments, in partnership with Aria Development Group, announced that Boerum Hill’s 465 Pacific Street condominiums, a 30-unit luxury building marketed by Stribling Marketing Associates, has reached the 50 percent sold milestone.
In 26 days, more than 15 residences have gone into contract. The building’s full-floor 2,954 s/f five-bedroom terraced penthouse was one of those.
Designed by architect Morris Adjmi, 465 Pacific Street includes residences ranging from one-bedrooms to terraced penthouses with marble kitchens, artisanal details, two levels of private outdoor space and views of Brooklyn.
Each apartment will feature exquisite details such as, open-plan living, oil-finished oak floors, marble countertops, large windows, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, and other top-tier components.
The building offers a double-height lounge, a 1,300 s/f rooftop terrace, indoor parking for purchase, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, and doorman service.
