Penthouses released at 20 East End
Corigin Real Estate Group, along with its partner Florida East Coast Realty, announced the release of the Penthouse Collection at 20 East End Avenue.
The two penthouses are located within the condominium building designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern.
Located at the corner of 80th Street and East End Avenue, the Penthouse Collection residences are available for $35 million and $27 million.

Penthouse A is the uppermost residence, located on the 18th floor, and features over 6,000 s/f of interior space and an additional 4,500+ s/f of private terrace space.

Sales launch at Grand Two
Onex Real Estate Partners announced the launch of sales for Grand Two, the second building within The Grand at Sky View Parc, serving as Phase II of Onex’s multi-phase luxury condominium development, Sky View Parc.
Located in Flushing, New York, Grand Two launched sales following the sellout of Grand One, the first of three buildings to ultimately comprise The Grand at Sky View Parc.
The Grand at Sky View Parc will bring a total of 750 additional homes and amenities to the mixed-use development.
Sky View Parc Sales LLC will be handling the sales for Grand Two, the same team responsible for selling out Grand One and the first phase at Sky View Parc.
Each of the 258 Grand Two units, designed by Peter Clewes and architects Alliance team, feature floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony and a washer and dryer.

Model unveiled at Pierhouse
Toll Brothers City Living unveiled their decorated model home at Pierhouse.
Located in the 85-acre Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pierhouse consists of 106 townhome-style residences spread across two separate waterfront buildings.
The grounds, conceived by landscape architect Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, include private rooftops and landscaped terraces designed to complement the surrounding park.
The condominium is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification.
The model home is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex located on the fifth floor of the North building.
Totaling 2,664 s/f with an 88 s/f outdoor terrace, the apartment has views of the New York skyline, East River, Statue of Liberty, and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Both the interior and exterior were sustainably designed by Marvel Architects.

Ideal Properties Group, announced the launch of 1372 Dean Street in Crown Heights North.
There are two units available for sale in the fortress-like building, dubbed “The Castle.”

Avery Hall Investments, in partnership with Aria Development Group, announced that Boerum Hill’s 465 Pacific Street condominiums, a 30-unit luxury building marketed by Stribling Marketing Associates, has reached the 50 percent sold milestone.
In 26 days, more than 15 residences have gone into contract. The building’s full-floor 2,954 s/f five-bedroom terraced penthouse was one of those.
