Invited brokers and real estate influencers were treated to a tour of The Moinian Group’s newest rental building at 572 11th Avenue.
Joseph Moinian, the company’s CEO, led guests through the CetraRuddy-designed rental building, named Oskar, that features an amenity floor with a lounge, cafe seating, business center and fitness studio. The invitees also caught a sneak peek at the 14-story building’s one- and two-bedroom units and a highly-anticipated Arik Levy sculpture in the lobby.
