Manhattan Skyline announced that iLove Spa, Inc. a new high end spa, has signed a 10-year lease at 209 East 66th Street, located between Second and Third Avenues.
This will be the luxury spa’s premiere location in New York City, which is slated to open this fall.
iLove Spa, Inc. is leasing approximately 406 s/f of ground floor space which offers approximately 15 feet of frontage on East 66th Street and 12 foot ceilings.
The space sits below Manhattan East, a luxury rental residence comprised of ten adjacent buildings. The space was formerly home to A&M Fashions.
“The Upper East Side is the perfect location for iLove Spa, Inc. to make its New York City introduction,” said Joshua Roth, Vice President of Retail Leasing at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp.
“The luxurious spa is a great addition to the sought-after residential neighborhood which includes very high-end retail destinations and great shopping.”
