Iconic luxury furniture and rug retailer Ben Soleimani has signed a lease for the brand’s first Manhattan showroom in New York City at 601 Madison Avenue, announced retail brokerage MONA.
The two-year deal includes 4,226 s/f of ground-floor space, 4,270 s/f of second-floor space, and 3,858s/f on the lower level. The space was formerly occupied by Tourneau.
Soleimani was represented by MONA co-founder and CEO Brandon L. Singer.
“Ben Soleimani is a true visionary known for his exquisite taste and best-in-class rugs, and his Los Angeles showroom and direct-to-consumer business attract sophisticated customers from across the globe.
