LeFrak releases renderings of Murray Hill hotel-to-rental conversion

LeFrak is set to convert the former Affinia Hotel in Murray Hill into a luxury rental building.

The developer just released renderings of the Murray Hill Marquis, a 37-story hotel-to-rental conversion at 150 East 34th Street.

The property will be converted  by affiliates of LeFrak, which is growing its portfolio of signature Marquis brand properties throughout Manhattan

Murray Hill Marquis will offer 260 no-fee studio and one-bedroom residences ranging in size and layout featuring city and river views

The building is undergoing an extensive renovation that will transform the interiors with modern upgrades and finishes Updated features will include state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and dishwashers, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, open kitchen layouts in most units and prewiring for telephone, cable TV, Wi-Fi and Verizon FiOs services

A brand new amenities package will include a gym with yoga studio, co-working space, an expansive resident lounge, and a 24-hour attended lobby

Pricing will range from $2,575 a month for studios to $3,425 for one-bedrooms. Leasing is expected to launch in late July 2017
