Lee & Associates NYC To Exclusively Market 26,000-SF Office Building for Sale in New Hyde Park

Lee & Associates NYC announced today that the commercial real estate services firm is exclusively marketing 75 Nassau Terminal Drive for sale for $6.5M in New Hyde Park, NY. The flexible office building is currently fully occupied with notable medical tenants including Amerita, a specialty medical infusion company with two infusion laboratory spaces on-site.  Amerita recently doubled its footprint within the building and hired many former Coram employees following closure of Coram’s Maspeth facility in June of this year. Other tenants within the building include Avanti Health Care Services, a subsidiary of Humana, which houses a compounding pharmacy onsite, that underwent a rigorous three-year approval process, as well as the LI office for Orkin Pest Control and Metro Team Sports, an athletic apparel and equipment company.

Lee & Associates NYC Executive Managing Director and Principal, Kelly Koukou, is marketing the site for sale on behalf of New Hyde Realty.

“The Long Island office market has continued to remain strong, and quality medical office spaces have been in high demand, said Koukou. “75 Nassau Terminal Drive provides an excellent fully-occupied acquisition opportunity in a great location.”

The 26,000 square-foot-offering includes ample parking and 24/7 tenant access, and is situated just south of the Jericho Turnpike, and is near the New Hyde Park LIRR station.
