Lee & Associates arranges lease for new Tribeca oyster bar

Lee & Associates NYC has arranged a lease for Crew Restaurant Group’s newest venue.

Founded by brothers and lifelong sailors Alex and Miles Pincus, Crew operates local hotspots Grand Banks, Drift In (pictured top), and others, and will utilize its newest location to offer a year-round authentic oyster-bar experience.

The company signed a lease for 1,500 s/f lease at 109 West Broadway in Tribeca. The yet-to-be-named oyster bar is the latest venture in the group’s collection of experience-driven, maritime-inspired restaurants, and is slated to open in February 2022.

“We’re so excited to be creating a new experience in the heart of Tribeca. It’s been a lifelong dream to actualize a space like this in downtown New York City,” said Alex Pincus. “We’re extremely grateful to have worked with Peter who helped us find the perfect location.”

A Lee & Associates team of Peter Braus and Morris Dweck represented Crew in the transaction.  The landlord, New York based ASG Equities, was represented by George Karnoupakis.

“Crew has established some of the most unique and memorable restaurant experiences in Manhattan and has earned a number of accolades for its innovative and creative concepts,” said Braus. “We’re thrilled to assist in bringing their latest concept to fruition, which will be a fresh and inviting escape from everyday city life—it’s exactly what the neighborhood needs.”
