Andy Greenspan, principal, and Jamie Schwartz, executive vice president, represented the Owner in the following transactions:
• Sensormatic, a TYCO company, leased 7,297 s/f. The tenant was locally represented by Robert Norton of CBRE.
•Katapult, LLC, an affiliate of Octagon Process, Inc, an airplane de-icing company, signed a long term lease to occupy 6,700 s/f. Bill Pastuszak of Resource Realty represented the tenant.
• Greenwald Doherty, LLP, renewed its lease for 5,600 s/f. The law firm concentrates in labor and workplace legal matters.
• Orangeburg Pediatrics Associates, signed a 5,000 s/f lease. The renowned local pediatric practice is relocating from its longtime location in Tappan to its new state-of-the-art facility. Randy Eigen of CBRE represented the group.
• Davidson and Grannum, LLP, a securities law firm, renewed their 4,827 s/f lease at 30 Ramland Road.
• Impulse Dynamics, Inc., signed a lease for 4,513 s/f. The company is focused on the development of electrical therapies for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
• Facilities Management, LLC, a home healthcare company, renewed its 4,468 s/f lease.
• Amerlist, Inc. relocated from Pomona to lease 2,464 s/f on the second floor.
• Blue Laurel Marketing, a marketing company concentrating in the telecommunications industry, signed a 1,500 s/f lease at 30 Ramland Road.

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, brokered a 9,832 S/F renewal for Kids With Character LLC at 34 West 33rd Street. David Levy, principal, represented the landlord, Arcade Building Associates, and the tenant. Asking rent was $39 psf. Kids With Character plans to use the space for general and executive offices as well as showroom space for their children’s wear company.

Colangelo & Partners Public Relations has inked a 3,400 s/f office lease at 1010 Avenue of the Americas. The agency will be moving its headquarters from 26 West 23rd Street. Fellow agency brand Momentum Communications Group will join Colangelo & Partners at the new location. Elliot Zelinger of Savitt Partners represented Colangelo & Partners in the lease negotiations, while Michael Dubin, also with Savitt Partners, acted on behalf of the building ownership, 1010 Sixth Associates, LLC.

Two technology/new media firms and an executive search firm have leased new pre-built spaces at W&H Properties’ 1350 Broadway, announced Malkin Holdings, LLC, which supervises the W&H Properties portfolio.
• Arkadin, Inc., a provider of audio, Web, and video conferencing solutions, leased a pre-built of 4,517 s/f on the 15th floor. Andrew Ross of Cushman & Wakefield served as tenant representative.
• TuneIn, an audio streaming service, leased a pre-built of 2,518 s/f. The tenant was represented by Helen Tvedt of Tungsten Properties.
• Harris Allied LLC, an executive search and placement firm, leased a pre-built of 2,929 s/f. Arkady Smolyansky and Keith Caggiano of CBRE represented the tenant.
