Springline’s Most Recent Updates Include:
– Office: Springline was able to secure 100% leasing of their 2 Class-A (200,000 square feet) modern office buildings. Dubbed Sand Hill Road 2.0, Springline is now home to Menlo Ventures, one of Silicon Valley’s oldest venture capital firms, powerhouse software providers Genesys, and globally recognized international law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, among others. CANOPY, elevated coworking and shared office space, created a South Bay hub at Springline to bring carefully curated spaces to startup founders.
– Residential: Springline is proud to be exceeding market expectations and is 86% leased. The development anticipates hitting 100% leased this summer, in time for the grand opening.
– Retail: Springline was able to command the attention of San Francisco’s most coveted restaurants like Che Fico Parco Menlo, Burma Love, and Robin. In May, Proper Food and Andytown Coffee Roasters opened their doors and these new locations are their first ones outside of the Bay Area. Burma Love, Barebottle Taproom, and Robin will open to a hungry community in the next few weeks. By Labor Day, all of Springline’s highly anticipated restaurants aside will be open with the exception of Mirame which will open in the fall.
o Canteen: a wine bar with a seasonal menu of small plates by acclaimed Chef Greg Kuzia-Carmel, founder of Menlo Park favorite Camper.
o Andytown: a San Francisco staple and a certified women-owned business with Irish roots led by Lauren Crabbe and Michael McCrory’s.
o Burma Love: the contemporary younger sister to SF institution Burma Superstar, will bring bold flavors and Burmese culinary excellence.
o Barebottle Taproom and Barebottle Truck: a San-Francisco-inspired, award-winning craft brewery that is set to be the community’s must-sip destination.
o Robin: will bring an unrivaled omakase sushi service with a sliding price scale ($99-$199). Each experience is designed to accessible without sacrificing quality.
o Che Fico Parco Menlo and Il Mercato Di Che Fico: will showcase Italian fare through the lens of NorCal and the market will feature local produce, prepared foods, a fish and meat butcher counter, salumi, a walk-up gelato window and more.
o Proper Food: solves the daily downtown San Francisco dilemma of sacrificing quality over convenience and serves an ever-changing array of fresh items made with seasonal ingredients from top purveyors.
o Mirame: this will be Mirame’ssecond location with its first located in the iconic 90210. Led by Michelin-awarded Chef Joshua Gil, Mirame at Springline will house a 100% Mexican wine list and will serve signature Mirame dishes.
