The Bulfinch Companies Receives 360 Certification

The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch), a private real estate investment, development and management firm, announces today it has earned the prestigious BOMA 360 Performance Program designation for their properties at Osborn Triangle (610 and 700 Main Street/1 Portland Street) and Cambridge Discovery Park (400-500 | 20-30 Acorn Park Drive).

The BOMA 360 Performance Program is a globally recognized standard that demonstrates a building’s
performance surpasses the standard across all areas of operations and management. The program
evaluates buildings against industry standards for best practices in operations and management, life safety, security and risk management, training and education, energy, environmental sustainability, and
tenant relations and community involvement.
