Fisher Brothers has finalized a lease extension with Katsky Korins LLP at 605 Third Avenue, its signature 1.1 million-square-foot office tower in Midtown.
The extension, which encompasses 19,871 s/f across the entire 17th floor, will keep the firm at 605 Third Avenue through mid-2032.
A tenant at the tower since 1988, Katsky Korins is one of the longest-standing general practice law firms of its size in New York City. The firm’s practice is spread across all major fields of commercial work including litigation, real estate, corporate and tax.
“At Fisher Brothers, we strive to stay ahead of the curve in cultivating innovative and highly-amentized office environments. As a result of this approach, 605 Third Avenue continues to attract and retain some of the city’s most respected and successful firms,” said Fisher Brothers partner Ken Fisher.
“Katsky Korins has been a valued tenant for over three decades, and we are pleased we could accommodate their move to new and upgraded space within the tower.”
Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc Packman and Clark Briffel. Katsky Korins was represented by Oliver Katcher of Indigo Property Holdings, LLC.
Since the reveal of a $25 million capital improvement program at 605 Third Avenue in early 2016, Fisher Brothers has secured over 540,000 s/f of new leases and renewals. The tower is 99 percent leased.
