Manhattan Skyline Management Corp announced that Bit’z Kids, a Japanese baby and children’s clothing company, has signed a lease for its third Manhattan boutique at 73 West Houston Street.
The largest children’s clothing company in Japan with 187 retail stores nationwide, Bit’z Kids opened its first U.S. location on the Upper East Side in 2008, and is continuing its NYC expansion.
Bit’z Kids signed a 10-year lease for 500 s/f of ground floor space. Skyline’s Joshua Roth represented the landlord and Shu Sakae of Furumoto Realty represented the tenant.
Another 500 s/f space at 71 West Houston Street is currently available through Roth.
