Chemistry Creative was looking for a larger space to house its sound stage and industry equipment, such as cameras and lighting. The tenant is relocatingfrom North Williamsburg, where it was a subtenant.

“The area is still mainly industrial, but you are able to notice its transformation to a well-rounded neighborhood that includes retail, studios, offices and restaurants,” said Neil Dolgin. “Chemistry Creative is going to greatly benefit from the vibrant area surrounding 315 Ten Eyck Street, its central location, and other technical and creative tenants coming into the area.”
