JLL tapped to lease 141 West 36th St. in the Garment District

JLL was selected by Brause Realty as exclusive leasing agent for 141 West 36th Street, located between Broadway and Seventh Avenue.

The JLL team handling the new assignment will be led by Amanda Bokman, managing director, and Lloyd Desatnick, senior vice president, and includes Hayley Shoener, associate. They will work  with David Brause, Melissa Brause Rackoff and Debbie Bunder of Brause Realty.

“This is a terrific property that serves as an ideal home for all types of creative users, including apparel, showroom and technology firms,” said Bokman.

“The building offers cost-effective pre-builts in the exciting Garment District submarket, home to an increasingly diverse roster of companies seeking collaborative work spaces in proximity to Penn Station, Grand Central Terminal and mass transportation.”

The 22-story 141 West 36th Street was designed by Buchman & Fox and constructed in 1911. It has a recently renovated lobby, and loft-like spaces with eco-friendly lighting, modern bathrooms, kitchen areas and wood flooring.

The office building offers boutique floor plates of 6,533 rentable square feet. The entire third floor and 22nd floor are available, along with smaller units on the fourth and the ninth floors.

“Brause Realty will offer a turnkey solution for a full floor or a smaller installation,” said Desatnick.

“Ownership has completed its pre-build program on a portion of the fourth floor at 141 West 36th Street, and has begun pre-building the entire third floor.”
