JDF Realty Inc. is now marketing the retail space at 111 Fourth Avenue that was occupied by Utrecht arts store for over 30 years.
The space will be delivered vacant in late fall of 2012.

The store is comprised of 4,452 s/fwith ceiling heights of 19 ft. and 45 ft. of frontage. It draws on foot traffic from Union Square and exposure to shoppers and students from the nearby NYU dormitory and New School.
“Fourth Avenue is an extremely desirable location for retailers who want to be in close proximity to Union Square but not pay Union Square rents,” said Gregory Gang who is marketing the space along with Drew Weiss.
JDF is targeting non-cooking and fashion related tenants including cosmetics and jewelry retailers.
