L&L Holding Company announced that private investment firm, Monomoy Capital Partners, is relocating and expanding within its portfolio to 600 Third Avenue in Midtown East.
The new 10-year lease encompasses 12,505 s/f on the entire 27th floor of the building. The firm, a tenant of L&L’s since 2006, currently occupies 9,000 s/f on the 17th floor at L&L’s 142 West 57th Street.
With the new lease, Monomoy Capital will add more than 3,500 s/f of office space for its growing employee base. It expects to relocate in the third quarter of 2017.
L&L Holding Chairman and CEO David Levinson called the deal “a key indication of the strength of our relationships, the quality of our buildings and our willingness to accommodate the needs of tenants of all sizes, from growing boutique firms to large corporate space users and more.”

Silvio Petriello and Ben Friedland of CBRE represented Monomoy Capital Partners in the transaction, while Andrew Wiener and David Young of L&L Holding Company represented building ownership in-house. Asking rents were $75 per square foot.
