ING’s new American headquarters in New York City features a double-height space and 1,600 s/f outdoor amenity area.  A $10 million building enhancement program was completed at 1133 in 2013 and a new plaza along Avenue of the Americas was completed this month.

“We are pleased to welcome ING to the Durst portfolio,” said Jonathan (Jody) Durst, president of The Durst Organization. “ING’s space at 1133 represents what tenants demand in today’s market. Double-height and outdoor space, open space and parks and light filled floor plates with views of Avenue of the Americas and Bryant Park.”

ING was represented by vice chairman Robert Stillman, vice chairman Michael Geoghegan, senior vice president Harly Stevens, first vice president J. Paul Stimpfle and senior associate Ryan Alexander of CBRE.  The Durst Organization was represented in-house by senior vice president of leasing Tom Bow and vice president of leasing Rocco Romeo.
