A trio of industry veterans has launched ACC Real Estate Services, Inc. a full service real estate company.
John Proscia, CEO, brings over 30 years of expertise in third party commercial management; Michael Ambrosino, president, has owned his own construction company for over 14 years; James Fitzsimmons, executive vice president, has been a successful commercial real estate broker and owner for 40 years. Angela Rella, formerly with Cushman & Wakefield, is controller and property manager.
“After working in the real estate sector for over 30 years, we wanted to provide the services of a large management firm with the personal attention of a small company,” said Proscia.
ACC currently has three million square feet under management, supported by a staff of 20 professionals.
