Zeckendorf Development, hosted the book launch event for City Living: Apartment Houses by Robert A. M. Stern Architects at the sales gallery for 520 Park Avenue, a new luxury residential tower created by Zeckendorf Development, with Park Sixty LLC and Global Holdings.
In the new book, four partners of Robert A.M. Stern Architects – Robert A.M. Stern, Paul L. Whalen, Daniel Lobitz and Michael D. Jones – present 15 completed apartment complexes and a portfolio of 18 projects under construction or in design around the world.
Zeckendorf Development’s 15 Central Park West appears on the cover of the book; also featured in its pages are ZD’s 18 Gramercy Park and 520 Park Avenue, which is currently under construction.
Located at East 60th Street between Park and Madison Avenue, 520 Park Avenue will become the tallest building on the Upper East Side, with 33 residences. The 54-story, 800 ft. Â tall tower will feature full-floor residences designed by world-renowned RAMSA.
Construction is expected to be completed in early 2018. The sales gallery is headed by Louis Buckworth.
