Leading city brokers turned out to toast the successful launch of sales at 212 Fifth Avenue, a converted 48-unit luxury condominium at 26th Street near Madison Square Park. The exclusive occasion was held across the park at Chef Daniel Humm’s award-winning Eleven Madison Park restaurant. Robert Gladstone of Madison Equities, the developer behind the NoMad conversion, led a brief presentation on the project and unveiled new renderings and a floor plan for the yet-to-be-revealed penthouse.  The sales gallery officially opened at the end of 2015; eight units are currently listed for sale at approximately $3,400 ppsf. Town New Development Sales and Marketing is the exclusive agent for 212 Fifth Avenue
