Brokers and guests celebrated the official sales launch for One Manhattan Square, Extell’s Vertical Village of luxury residences in development at the edge of the East River on the Lower East Side. Top brokers, including Ryan Serhant and Nikki Field, gathered at the party for a private performance from rapper/poet Rafael Casal, Hamilton’s Anthony Ramos, and musician Spencer Ludwig, a former band member of Capital Cities. Casal also dazzled the crowd with a special custom rap about living in One Manhattan Square.
