Equity Office shows off pre-built space at 1740 Broadway

Blackstone-affiliate Equity Office and CBRE Group, Inc. hosted an exclusive broker’s luncheon for commercial agents and affiliates within Midtown West office tower, 1740 Broadway. The  event garnered a large turnout and included tours of newly finished pre-built spaces within the building, designed by NYC-based architecture firm Design Republic. Tours were led by Equity Office’s Zach Freeman and Scott Silverstein. 1740 Broadway is a 28-story building located between West 55th and 56th Streets, near Columbus Circle and Central Park. Equity Office acquired the building in 2014, and launched a new pre-built program to offer state-of-the-art spaces like those toured which include concrete floors and exposed ceilings.
