Rapper Ice-T and his wife, reality TV star Coco Austin, are selling their New Jersey penthouse for $1.1 million.
The property, which the couple bought in 2005, is modest in celebrity home terms.
It is a two bedroom, 2-bath duplex at 8125 River Road in North Bergen, a township across the Hudson River from Manhattan, with “spectacular NYC views and ultimate privacy.”

The apartment has over $300,000 in upgrades, according to the listing from Prominent Properties/Sotheby’s International Realty.
It has two private balconies, a private terrace and a bedroom that was converted into a walk-in closet. According to a previous report from Variety, the apartment also once contained a unique feature — a stand-up tanning booth.
Ice-T started as a rapper in the ‘80s, but has since gone into acting. Since 2000, he has been in the NBC cop show Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He plays the role of NYPD Detective Odafin Tutuola.
In 2011, Ice-T and Austin starred in the E! Entertainment reality series Ice Loves Coco. The show ran for three seasons before being canceled in 2014.
The couple is taking a loss on the penthouse. According to property records, they originally paid $1.5 million for the apartment. Last year, the couple listed the property for $2 million. Ice and Coco bought a new house in nearby Edgewater, NJ, ahead of the brith of their first child Chanel in November 2015.

SUPERSTAR Lenny Kravitz has a new gig — designing the interiors for new NYC luxury condo, 75 Kenmare.
Developer DHA Capital announced last week that the rocker and actorʼs Kravitz Design will lead interior design of the ground-up new NoLita development.
The building, designed by architect Andre Kikoski, will have 35 one- to four-bedroom homes ranging in price from $1.7 to over $12 million.
Kravitz said his vision for the interiors will draw “inspiration from the eccentric Downtown vibe while integrating elegant materials, such as unique natural stones, bonded metal and aged oak.” said Kravitz.
“Nolita has a style, rhythm and culture all its own, and we’ve created an environment that feels contemporary and refined, but also warm and inviting.”
Kravitz first launched his design firm in 2003 and last year introduced an exclusive furniture collection.
Reality television star Fredrik Eklund will lead sales at the building.
