HAVE YOU HEARD? Bruce Willis lists his Bedford estate

ACTOR Bruce Willis is selling his Bedford country estate.

The actor recently put the 12-bedroom property on the market for $12.95 million.

Currently starring in M. Night Shyamalan’s new thriller Glass, Willis and wife Emma Heming bought the 22-acre estate for $9 million in the summer of 2014.

He’s now listing the property with Douglas Elliman agents Nancy Strong, Stacey Oestreich and Ann Cutbill Lenane for $12.95 million.

The estate has four houses in all, along with two garages, a pool and pool house, and a tennis court.

THE 2018 HGTV Dream Home is being offered for sale after the winner decided not to move in.

Sotheby’s International Realty, Gig Harbor, Washington, is listing the 3,591 s/f property overlooking Henderson Bay an hour south of Seattle for $1.899 million.

There were over 123 million entries to win the grand prize package that included the house with all of its designer contents.

Wrapped in a two-story vaulted glass wall, the luxury home has four bedrooms and three baths, an open living room, kitchen and dining area and an outdoor kitchen and waterfront access.

A buyer is in contract to purchase a penthouse apartment at 90 Morton in the West Village that was on the market for $40 million. It will be among the priciest sales below 14th Street once it closes.

The duplex penthouse is the largest and most expensive of the building’s 35 condominiums, spanning approximately 5,800 s/f with six bedrooms and an additional 2,000 s/f of terraces.
