Eastern Consolidated, the exclusive tenant representative for Satori Laser, has arranged two 10-year leases for the popular laser hair removal center — one in Manhattan and the second in Philadelphia.
Brokers James Famularo, principal and senior director, and Ravi Idnani, director, negotiated a 1,500 s/f ground floor lease at 332 East 86th Street between First and Second Avenues, and a 2,000 s/f ground floor lease at 1120 Walnut Street in Philadelphia.
The Manhattan landlord was represented by Joshua Smith of Milsmith LLC, while the Philadelphia landlord was represented in house.
“With these two new leases, Satori Laser will soon be delivering its treatment services to clients in seven locations,” Famularo said. “Satori Laser is the largest chain laser hair removal center in Manhattan and Long Island and promises to be just as successful in Philadelphia.”
Idnani added, “Satori Laser has developed an expansion strategy targeting affluent, densely populated neighborhoods, and we’re very pleased that we’ve been able to help the business meet its goals. In addition to these two recent leases, we arranged a lease last year in Midtown Manhattan and we’re seeking more sites on the Upper West Side, Financial District, and Brooklyn.”
Although Satori Laser initially treated models exclusively and continues to have partnerships with 15 of New York City’s top modeling agencies, it has a diverse customer base and treats over 30,000 clients annually. It currently operates five centers in Manhattan and in Hicksville, Long Island.
